Understand the Spiritual Journey

1

Before you can guide others, you need to understand where people are in their journey with God. This clarity removes guesswork, reduces pressure, and allows you to ask thoughtful questions that meet people where they are.

Ask the Right Questions

2

Confidence in sharing the Gospel isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about knowing what questions to ask, listening, and creating a safe space for honest conversation.

Partner with the Holy Spirit

3

You are not the one responsible for changing hearts—God is. We’ll teach you how to recognize where God is already at work in someone’s life and how to walk alongside them.

Details for Leaders

Each Guided Conversations session features a short 3–5 minute video designed to spark meaningful discussion around the Step Up to Life 5-step process. The series is intentionally short, focused, and actionable—ideal for small groups, Bible studies, or one-on-one discipleship settings.

Every session includes:

  • A 3–5 minute teaching video

  • A downloadable PDF study guide with a video summary and conversation prompt questions

We recommend allowing 30–45 minutes per session, with about five minutes to watch the video and the remaining time for open conversation. The printable study guides make it easy to lead even if you’ve never facilitated a group before—simply play the video, read the questions, and guide the group discussion.

Whether you’re leading a small group, mentoring one-on-one, or equipping your team for outreach, this study provides everything you need to help others grow in understanding and confidence as they walk step by step toward saving faith.

Our Mission

We believe evangelism should never be about pressure, scripts, or clever lines, but about guiding people, listening to their heart posture, and allowing the Holy Spirit to lead them step-by-step.

Step Up to Life exists to empower followers of Jesus to share the Gospel in a way that’s simple, relational, and effective. We understand that many Christians want to help others encounter Jesus, but fear uncertainty or confrontation in the process. That’s why we develop practical resources that guide conversations along the pathway from spiritual indifference to saving faith.

Our vision is for individuals and ministries on every continent to be equipped with the five-step Gospel framework and confident in conversations about spiritual position and relationship with Jesus Christ.
